Guidelines for Effective writing

You must have a good knowledge of the subject you deal with, a love for the  subject and the art of writing effectively in capsule form. 

In the capsule writings you introduce the subject in less than 12 words --- no elaborate  introduction or build up. You avoid adjectives. The writing is crisp, to the point, simple and direct. Most important, it must be self-contained i.e. there should be no need on the part of the readers to have any background knowledge. The writer assumes that the reader has no previous knowledge of the subject Technical terms are best avoided.
